Trading Terms and Conditions
RTC Training requires the following to be confirmed beforehand:
1. Use of a 'classroom' area for theory and paperwork sessions.
2. Uninterrupted use of all candidates for the full duration of each course.
3. Uninterrupted access to relevant MHE for the full duration of each course.
4. All training equipment and machinery to be legally fit for use, including legible rating plate
and up to date Thorough Examinations, etc.
5. Signed, written permission for RTC instructor to use the relevant MHE.
6. Advice of any company rules: e.g. PPE, access restriction etc.

Payment Terms:
1. On arrival or within 30 days of the invoice date. Click here for Prompt Payment Code.
2. Late payment penalties apply under Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
3. No certificates / records are issued until payment is received and cleared.

Cancellation Terms:
1. Agreed postponements, or cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of the course are without penalty.
2. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date of the course require 50% payment.
3. Cancellations made on / after the start date of the course require full course payment.
